Biomes Lesson Plan

I enjoy learning about history and how it has shaped our present, past, and our future. I find it extremely crucial for ALL students to learn about where they come from and what their role is in today's society. It is disservicing to children, and to the future of our coountry, that America's history is not commonly being taught or celebrated in school classroooms until middle school. I feel that is so crucial for teachers to integrate social studies into the curriculum on a regular basis.
